New Century Surface Cleaning arose from the needs of customers I had as a General Contractor, to perform additional services beyond just building for them. In a market saturated with many less than qualified operators, the level of quality, reliability, responsibility, attention to detail, appeared to something quite lacking amongst others providing surface cleaning services. My nearly 30 years in business is a tremendous asset to old customers and new ones alike.
We perform services like Pressure Washing concrete driveways, sidewalks, patios, pavers, fences/decks, and even nasty garbage cans!
We are able to Soft Wash your roofs, siding, stucco, and solar panels.
We are accredited by Central Contra Costa Sanitary District as a "Permitted Mobile Washer"
AND
the Bay Area Municipal Stormwater Collaborative as a
"Recognized Surface Cleaner"
